This Shipping Policy outlines how Sensational Crafts processes and delivers orders placed through our website.

Shipping Locations

Sensational Crafts currently ships within Australia only.

Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes across Australia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
    Standard shipping: Flat rate $9.95 AUD for orders under $100
    Large item shipping: Flat rate $15.95 AUD for bulky items such as 12×12 paper pads or bulk kits

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed on weekends or NSW public holidays.

During busy periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after purchase, we may contact you regarding:

  • a backorder
    • a replacement item
    • or a refund for that product

Shipping Carriers

Sensational Crafts uses trusted Australian delivery providers including:

  • Australia Post
    Aramex

The carrier used may depend on delivery location, parcel size, or service availability.

All orders are sent with tracking where available.

Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days
    Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and external factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been scanned by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to update the shipping details before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to modify or redirect the delivery.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the issue with the shipping provider.

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking:

  • around your property
    • with household members
    • with neighbours
    • with your local post office

While we will assist where possible, Sensational Crafts cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels marked as successfully delivered by the courier.

In-Store Pickup

Sensational Crafts also offers free in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders.

Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
