The SMS Pigment Fixer is an enamel based Flat Wash that is designed to work with SMS Weathering Pigments to fix them in place.
Using a brush, apply the Pigment Fixer to your painted model and then apply your pigments on top. The Fixer will soak in and harden the pigment once dry, fixing them into place.
